We take Ito and Aki (father and son), two of our 4 dogs to Las Pilas, a nice beach here. They enjoy a lot.
Water was a little to cold for us, but not for them.

how lucky I'am

I'm really lucky. I know it.
I have time for myself, time for my parter, time for other people.
I feel rich.
I thank life for this nice opportunity to live in the Earth.

Viva a vida!

Ja' estamos em abril... o ano passa rapido, precisamos aproveitar cada minuto. cada segundo, com consciencia, com atençao, em nos, na nossa respiraçao. Inspirar profundamente, expirar profundamente. Eu gosto de parar durante o dia e me concentrar alguns minutos na respiraçao, me trazer de volta para mim mesma, no aqui/agora. Isso pode ser feito ate na frente do computador.

This evening I prepared a vegetarian thai soup.
I'm so happy with the result: the soup taste really good.

a walk in the rocks

this morning me and P, together with our lovely dog Evo went to a nice walk in the beach, over the rocks. It was so nice! We really enjoy it. This season is very windy here, and we can feel the strong wind in the beach. P is a little back pain now because in some rocks Evo could not pass by so P must to carry him for a little. I hope tomorrow he fell already better.
We have a good cup of tea. Now I go for my daily practice!
