a walk in the rocks

this morning me and P, together with our lovely dog Evo went to a nice walk in the beach, over the rocks. It was so nice! We really enjoy it. This season is very windy here, and we can feel the strong wind in the beach. P is a little back pain now because in some rocks Evo could not pass by so P must to carry him for a little. I hope tomorrow he fell already better.
We have a good cup of tea. Now I go for my daily practice!
